Answers organized by what you need to verify
Specifications & tolerances
Standard order sizes follow the product series parameters. Non-standard outside diameters and wall thicknesses are reviewed by technical sales before quotation, and trial batches are available for qualification runs.
Send the grade, dimensions, and tolerance requirement with your inquiry so the right series can be matched.
Testing & certifications
Test reports are issued to EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 as specified on the order. Third-party inspection can be arranged before shipment, with the inspection scope agreed in advance.
Confirm the required document type at inquiry so it is included in the commercial offer.
Shipping & Incoterms
We quote standard commercial Incoterms and load pipe in containers planned against your order quantity. Export documentation accompanies every shipment.
Name your destination port and preferred Incoterm in the inquiry for an accurate freight estimate.
Have an uncommon dimension or grade?
Technical sales reviews non-standard specifications directly. Send the details and we will respond with the right context.
