Raw billet selection
Incoming billets are checked for material grade and surface condition before they enter the mill.

Hydrostatic, eddy current, and ultrasonic testing are applied under our quality standards to screen each pipe for defects.

Dimensional inspection
Wall thickness, outside diameter, length, and straightness are measured against the ordered specification before final release.
Export services
Packaging prepared for ocean transit
Pipes are bundled and strapped for secure handling, with bevel protectors fitted to pipe ends and anti-corrosion coating applied as specified. Containerized dispatch is arranged to suit the buyer's shipping terms.
